Please, help me. I've been in a MASSIVE Sam & Max mood the past month and it hasn't gone down yet, thanks to Sam & Max Hit the Road on my PC and replaying Sam & Max Save the World - Remastered on my Switch (Amazing game and remaster despite the rewriting of a few dirty jokes by the way. Please check it out!).
The point-and-click adventure game genre has really sparked my interest in game design again. It's amazing how much you can do with only a mouse and a left-click button as your games controls. For that reason, I believe they're the most accessible forms of games, especially as a first game for someone who has never playeed them before! Except for the ludicrous solutions to puzzles. There will always be atleast one or two puzzles in even the best point-and-click games where the solution made me go "Oh my god, really?" or "That is so stupid. Oh my god.". Either way, it's a testament to how god's only limit of assistance and guidance is through the medium of point-and-click adventure games.
Anyways! Give it a month or-so and I'll be back to loving Skullgirls or ENA or whatever flavour-of-my-menstrual-cycle I feel like wearing today.
This took me a few weeks to finish in-between the uni and part-time work stress, but it's all finished! I wanted to try a softer, more texture-reliant illustration. It also served as practice for somewhat cleaner lineart!

I originally wanted to have max say "Atta boy. Now eat your veggies, FUCKER.", but I decided against it because I'm far too scared to include swearing in my artwork. Be nice to me!! I'm still figuring out my brand identity, damn it!!
