I missed Steven Universe a lot recently, specifically the character of Lapis Lazuzi! I always loved how neutral of a character she was in the show before fully joining the Crystal Gems. Whenever there were moments where she rejected the offer, I was never angry, just disappointed like "Aw man, I hope she comes around eventually."
I really wanted to try and capture the elegance of her character and role in the story and I think I did okay! Are the baggy bottoms too low? Yes. Did I intend for that? No. Do I want to change it?
